Shipping Policy

Centide Research currently stocks and ships inventory domestically within the United States. We offer three shipping options for U.S. customers, with delivery times ranging from overnight to 5 business days, depending on the selected method and your location.

Returns & Refunds

If your package is lost in transit, we offer a 100% guaranteed reshipment of your order. All shipments include tracking. If tracking indicates that your package is “Delivered,” we must first initiate an investigation with the USPS before any reshipment or refund can be considered. We do not issue refunds for orders marked as delivered unless a shipping error or theft is confirmed through investigation.

Order Cancellations

We ship only to U.S. addresses; shipping times are not estimated or guaranteed. If your order has not been dispatched yet, you may cancel it and receive a full refund. The risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. Once an order has been processed and marked as dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
